FAA’s Office of Aerospace Medicine MedList

A document AAM (Office of Aerospace Medicine) has used in medical certification decisions is the previously undisclosed “AAM MedList.” It’s an internal Excel spreadsheet that links medications to specific certification outcomes.

If you’ve ever listed a medication on your application and then received an unexpected “diagnosis” from AAM, it may have come straight from this list, assigned by a clerk based on the medication reported.

This MedList was obtained the through FOIA and shared publicly in several places.
